Refund policy
At Inara, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns of unused products within 14 days, for customers in South Africa only.
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll issue a full refund, excluding the original shipping cost. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for processing. Note that items bought at a discounted rate or through distributors and retail partners are not eligible for return.
To qualify for a refund, returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Items that don’t meet these criteria may not qualify for a refund or could incur a restocking fee.
For returns, we recommend using an insured and trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Refunds will only be issued once we receive the item(s) or proof of return delivery.
We aim to accommodate returns as best we can, but if an item is returned in unsuitable condition, it may be sent back to the customer. All items will be inspected upon return.
